The Electro-Mechanical Impact Analyzer has been developed by Igon in partnership with the Naval Armament Inspection (NAI). This system is designed for the internal inspection of advanced weapon systems, enabling precise assessment of critical components. It is a first-of-its-kind solution in the country, offering a unique approach to high-accuracy internal measurement and inspection in defense applications.
Dino Dash is a compact mini autonomous rover currently under development. It is designed to explore basic autonomous navigation, sensor integration, and intelligent movement in a small-scale robotic platform. The project focuses on building a robust foundation for future autonomous systems through in-house design, electronics, and control logic.
The Electric Stand-Up Scooter is a fully in-house developed mobility solution built for efficient and practical short-distance transport. The frame is made from Aluminium 6063, with precision CNC machined parts, bending, and TIG welding to ensure strength, durability, and a clean finish. It features an in-house designed battery and control system, enabling optimized performance and seamless integration. Designed for tourism and sightseeing applications, the scooter offers a compact, eco-friendly, and easy-to-use mobility solution.
Every product starts as material, constraint, and intent. Here's what happens between idea and shelf.
Discovery session. We map the problem space, user needs, and technical feasibility before any design begins.
Industrial design, UX, and aesthetics developed in parallel with engineering constraints.
Mechanical, electrical, and firmware systems designed with DFM, reliability, and BOM cost in mind.
Multiple physical iterations. Each cycle validates function, fit, and user experience with real hardware.
Manufacturing handoff. Tooling, supplier qual, production validation, and ongoing engineering support.
IGON is an engineering-first product and systems company.
We operate at the intersection of mobility, hardware, and deep technical execution — building solutions that perform reliably in real-world conditions, at scale.
We don’t separate design, engineering, and deployment. Every decision is driven by performance, manufacturability, cost, and long-term reliability.
We build systems that move — and systems that last.
Tell us what you're building. We'll tell you how to get it to production.
